Return Policy Refund & Replacement Policies

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. 

We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria: Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. 

If you buy a product that was on sale that sale is FINAL no returns accepted ONLY EXCHANGES.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase(Order confirmation that was sent to your email address)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening. international customer must provide phone number.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Free Gift Items / refund request 
If there was A free gift given with the order or promotional gift/item given When you spend a cretin amount in our store. The customer must "RETURN" that item in order to receive full refund of the order. If item is not returned with the order the customer will be charge full price$ of the that item and be responsible for the full shipping charges for that particular item.The retired items Upon arrival are subjected to inspection and If the free gift/item are returned opened or used the customer will also be responsible for the full amount of that item.

RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES: Skin&Health Heaven will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender. 

Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses otherwise, the package will not be delivered.

Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repack, re- label, and reship them however you need to understand that doing so requires an additional cost. Processing and shipping cost is usually half the order total...so please be careful on the information that you provide. 

 If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake.

Cancellation Policy

Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. 

Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take 5-10 working days before your refund is officially posted.
